The AP6 II is a production thermal spray gun, which offers dense, uniform coating properties. It is a low priced, general purpose production system. It is reliable and rugged.
Coating costs are lower with the AP6 II because it does not have large power requirements, or need exotic gases to operate. The most common process gases for the AP6 II system are Oxygen and a fuel gas of either Acetylene or Hydrogen.
This gun has no moving parts which require frequent maintenance or replacement. It will save in maintenance costs and the costs of down time.

AP6 II POWDER FEEDER:
This powder feeder is very accurate. The control panel has a digital display of the powder feed wheel RPM. It is compatible with all Powder Spray applications, including combustion powder spray, plasma spray, and high velocity powder spray.
It includes a pressure gauge and a flow meter, for the carrier gas, and an On/Off switch for powder feed.
For safety, a pressure relief valve is provided on the powder canister.
