AP5-II

The AP5-II is designed for hand-held, manual operation, and has a powder canister mounted on the gun. The gun is also supplied with a tool post, for machine mounting.

The AP5-II will spray metal, ceramic, cermet and exothermic powders, self fluxing alloys, self-bonding materials and

conventional steels, stainless steels, bronze, aluminum and nickel alloys.

The system includes a dual gas flow meter for precise control of the fuel gas and oxygen flows; and, it also includes an air control unit, for the proper filtration and regulation of shop air for cooling.

This gun has no moving parts which require frequent maintenance or replacement. It will save in maintenance costs and the costs of down time.

Restoration, Corrosion Protection and Wear Resistance.
