ArcMaster 1450 Twin Wire Arc Spray System
The Best Value in a Production Arc Spray System
Production portability is here! You now have a choice of an advanced, lightweight, Arc Spray System.
It has a small, lightweight (4.2 lbs) hand held gun. It is your best solution for a high performance Arc Spray System.
The electric drive offers completely independent control over both the airflow and the wire feed rate, which is not normally possible with an air driven motor, great for spraying rough surfaces.
For Engineered Coatings
The system includes:
The custom Miller CV Power Supply, with built in pneumatic and DC motor controls.
The 300-amp twin-wire Arc Gun.
A Wire Box and set of cables/hoses.
The State-of-the-art spray head has interchangeable nozzles, supporting a wide range of atomizing airflow (including a high-velocity option) to meet your required coating structure.
Lightweight gun (4.2 lb / 1.9 kg) is made of advanced materials for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
A Powerful Swiss made DC motor, with a planetary gearhead, is enclosed in a dust proof protective housing which provides for the smooth feeding of wire stock and ensures a stable arc. This provides you with a very low maintenance cost, and greatly reduced downtime and lost production.
The wire feed rollers provide a reliable wire grip for slip-free operation with both hard, solid, and malleable cored wires.
The maintenance-free worm gearbox has a life expectancy of 10,000-12,000 hours.

The CV power supply provides flat constant potential volt/ampere characteristics, with a continuous open circuit voltage control.
The power supply characteristics were developed exclusively for metal spraying. These features provide not only maximal arc stability, but also hold noise emissions during spraying to the lowest possible level.
This CV power unit is designed to be operated with a three-phase, 50/60 HZ, AC power source. A set of 30 foot cables comes with this system. They may be longer if needed.
Miller CV Power Supply
The Wire Box is an enclosure for the two wire spools. It protects the operator from accidental contact with electrically live wires; and, it prevents short circuits between the wires.
The Wire Box consists of:
• Wire spool spindle with brake assembly
• Wire guides and connectors for wire conduits
• Enclosure
• Wire conduits
